1. Scope of service
Swelln introduces potential subject-matter experts and coordinates one-to-one consultations. Experts provide their own perspectives; Swelln does not deliver an independent geopolitical report, legal advice, investment recommendations, lobbying or regulatory representation.
2. Expert selection
Clients may request and review proposed expert profiles without charge or obligation. Selection remains subject to expert availability, suitability and compliance requirements. A matching commitment within 48 hours refers to the allocation or introduction of a suitable expert candidate, not a guaranteed completed call within 48 hours.
3. Rates and duration
The standard offer is €1,000 per agreed 60-minute expert consultation, with no subscription or minimum-spend requirement. If an exceptional expert rate is proposed, it must be agreed before confirmation. Additional time, rescheduling and billing mechanics should be confirmed in the booking terms.
4. Confidentiality and conflicts
Clients and experts must observe applicable confidentiality, employer, regulatory and professional obligations. No participant may request or disclose material non-public information, classified data, personal secrets or third-party restricted information. The call must be stopped if a prohibited topic arises. 5. Recording and intellectual property
Recording, transcription, distribution, reuse of expert materials and any assignment of rights are not automatically included. Obtain the necessary permissions and agree the permitted use before a call.
6. Tax, cancellation and dispute terms
Any tax treatment, invoicing cycle, cancellation or no-show fee, payment method, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing-law provisions must be confirmed in a written agreement before services begin. No cancellation or refund promise is made by this information page.
