1. Current website setup
The Swelln site is designed as a static website without embedded Google Analytics, advertising tags, tracking pixels, embedded social feeds or a Calendly iframe. It does not intentionally set non-essential analytics or marketing cookies in its own site code.
2. Necessary technologies
Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technologies and access logs for security and site delivery. Browser functionality such as following links does not, by itself, imply advertising tracking.
3. Third-party services
Enquiry submissions are processed by Formspree. Visitors choosing to open Calendly or WhatsApp navigate to those services, which may apply their own cookies or data practices. Please consult their respective policies.
4. Consent, if tracking is added
If non-essential cookies, embedded analytics, advertising tags or other consent-requiring trackers are introduced, Swelln must first implement compliant opt-in consent controls, update this notice and block those technologies until consent is given.
5. Verification required
The operator must inspect actual cookies and browser storage on the deployed domain and review hosting, CDN and form-provider behavior before confirming that no cookie banner is required. Contact istvan.hagyo@swelln.com with questions.
